photoOAKLAND, CA - Oakland Athletics catcher Kurt Suzuki has agreed to become an Ambassador for The NephCure Foundation, a national kidney disease non-profit committed to funding research for the disease Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Nephrotic Syndrome.

The NephCure Foundation is the only organization committed exclusively to support research seeking the cause of the potentially debilitating kidney diseases, Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), improve treatment and find a cure.
