photoOver 200 people combined to raise over $30,000 at the Jet Food Stores Annual Charity Golf Tournament, which took place on Tuesday, May 15 at the Twin City Country Club in Sandersville, GA.

For the ninth straight year, The NephCure Foundation was the beneficiary of the tournament, which has raised over $300,000 in the fight against FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome over the years. This was the largest turnout for the tournament, as there were 48 foursomes in the field.

Charles Turner, founder of Jet Food Stores, is on the NephCure Board of Directors. His daughter, Madison, suffers from kidney disease.  She was diagnosed in 2003 at the age of four.

NephCure Ambassador, NASCAR driver David Ragan again attended the event.

Thank you to the Turner family and the the over 30 volunteers who helped make this a success.
