A special thank you to the Dallas Methodist Medical Center who provided the Hitt Auditorium at no charge and to presenters of the Patient Education Seminar in Dallas, TX held in April:

- Desiree Hall, RD, CNSD, LD

- Ramesh Saxena, M.D., Ph.D.

And Michael Braun, M.D. Director of Research, Associate Program Director, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UT Medical School of Houston who endured a 4 hour car ride to meet patient families and provide them with updates on current research developments.
Presenters provided an introduction to Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) followed by details on medical treatment options. The attendees comprised of patients, their families and friends, truly appreciated the presentations and indicated their interest in "attending NephCure seminars annually or more often."
Special guest, Ed Hearn, motivated his listeners to never give up and to continue to believe and actively partake in the NephCure movement to support researchers to find the cause and cure for Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGS.
