Raise Over $21,000 for NephCure
Golfers gathered at Concordia Golf Course in Monroe Township, New Jersey, for the 1st Annual NephCure Golf Tournament on Monday, May 11th.
The event was organized by Jeff Brody, along with friends and family, in honor of his grandson Cole who was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome at the age of 2. He has been through numerous doctor visits, medications, hospital stays and so much more.
The tournament kicked off at 8 am and concluded at 12 pm with lunch and winner announcements. Golfers had the opportunity to win one million dollars or a *new* 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK compact luxury SUV in "hole-in-one" contests. The event also featured a $10,000 "putting" and a "closest-to-the-pin" contest.
