Golf Tournament Raises $16,000

The morning air was chilly, but the spirit of friendship and support was warm as family and friends gathered at the Bourque Family Golf Tournament on October 3, 2011 at Wayland Country Club in Wayland, MA, raising $16,000 for The NephCure Foundation.

The tournament, organized by Peter and Mary Ann Bourque in honor of their granddaughter, Brianna Cimino, and other children who suffer from Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGS, drew 85 golfers to play a round, enjoy a delicious lunch and raffle and catch up on old friendships.

The highlight of the day was Brianna, taking the microphone to thank everyone for their love and support.
