Go All-in For a Cure Raises $4,000
The 4th Annual Go All-in for a Cure poker fundraiser was held at the American Legion Post in Yorktown, NY, on Saturday, January 30 and raised $4,000, a record high for the event.
In 2006, Joe and Enza Woska started the annual Go All in for a Cure fundraiser in honor of their son Joey, who was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome when he was two-years-old.
“The turnout was fantastic,” said Joe Woska. “We are so pleased that the event continues to grow. It is a true testament to everyone’s hard work and proof that we can make a difference.”
All proceeds from the event went to The NephCure Foundation.
