Clancy Brothers Raise $12,625 During Annual Fundraiser

Kidney disease sufferer, Dylan Clancy, and his two brothers, Ryan and Brett, have continued their annual fundraiser to help kidney disease research.  This year they have raised a total of $12,625 at their annual raffle held on Saturday, January 30th.

Entering their sixth year of the raffle the brothers have been able to raise $63,175 for the cause, well over their initial goal of $2,000.

The parents of the three boys, Pat and Darcy Clancy, say they are "extremely proud of the kids' fundraising efforts, they were able to take charge of the project and run with it."  Their mother Darcy adds that "they do a great job, they deserve all the credit."  The raffle is organized and run out of the family's home in Freehold, NJ.  This year they were joined by 100 family and friends who participated in the raffle drawing.

The grand prize drawing was for two tickets to any Broadway show of the winner’s choice and hotel accommodations in New York City at the Marriott Marquis.  

For Dylan (age 13), the youngest of the boys (15 year-old Brett and 16 year-old Ryan) and inspiration for the initiative, fundraising has become more than just raising money. I am grateful that NephCure is a passionate voice for the patients, families, and medical professionals.  Together, we can help expand NephCure’s efforts and strengthen the foundation, which NephCure has laid for supporting New Jersey patient families.
